We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.

4. Free UK Shipping
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
We also offer Free Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders, where available.

6. Weekend Dispatch

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at the time of placing an order.
Metal Guard UK is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or raising an enquiry with the courier.
