Advanced Oil Film Technology

METAL GUARD® is a technology designed for metal mechanical systems lubricated by oils and greases. Its application leads to ionisation of lubricated metal surfaces, significantly extending the functional range of the oil film beyond conventional standards.

The exceptional performance of METAL GUARD® is based on the proprietary Advanced Oil Film formula.

Through this technology, metal surfaces gain a unidirectional charge, creating an ultra-thin yet extremely durable protective layer. This layer helps protect lubricated surfaces against excessive wear and damage while supporting proper system operation over extended periods of time.
